Individual Therapy
A place where you can come home to yourself.
Individual therapy can be a space for personal growth, self-discovery, healing, and navigating the transitions that shape who you are becoming.
Whether you are moving through a difficult season, questioning old patterns, tending to past wounds, or simply feeling called toward something more, our work together creates space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been quieted, overlooked, or left behind.
Together, we can deepen self-understanding, strengthen self-trust, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with your emotions, body, and inner world so you can move through your life with greater intention, authenticity, and connection to who you are becoming.

Ready to come home to yourself?
You don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning. If something in you feels ready for greater clarity, connection, or change, I invite you to take the next step.

You do not need to be in crisis or have a specific diagnosis to benefit from therapy. You may simply notice that something in your life: no longer feels quite right, that you feel disconnected from yourself, uncertain about what you want, caught in familiar patterns, navigating a transition, or curious about understanding yourself more deeply.
Individual therapy can offer a space to slow down, listen inward, and explore what is happening beneath the surface.

Whatever feels important to you.
You might bring anxiety, relationship patterns, questions about identity, life transitions, self-worth, boundaries, difficulty knowing or expressing your needs, experiences from the past, a desire to feel more connected to yourself, or even a journal! If you are someone who likes to take notes, I always welcome that as well.
You can also bring the things that are harder to name. For example, the feeling that something is missing, a secret you have been carrying, that you have outgrown an old version of yourself, or that you want your life to feel more authentically your own.

Insight is valuable, but understanding why you do something does not always mean your mind and body know how to do something differently.
Our work can move beyond simply identifying patterns to noticing how they show up in the present moment: in your emotions, relationships, body, beliefs, and choices. Together, we can explore what those patterns have protected, what they may still be asking for, and how you might begin responding to yourself and your life with greater awareness and choice.

Both can be important.
Our past experiences often shape how we understand ourselves, relate to others, respond to emotions, and move through the world today. We may explore earlier experiences when they help us understand what is happening in the present, while also paying attention to who you are now and what you want to create moving forward.
The goal is not to remain in the past, but to understand it well enough that it no longer has to quietly make your choices for you.

That can become part of the work itself.
Many of us learn to prioritize what is expected of us, what keeps the peace, or what others need before learning how to recognize our own internal experience. Therapy can provide space to slow down and become more familiar with your emotions, needs, boundaries, body, and intuition.
Over time, you can begin developing a relationship with yourself that feels more trusting, compassionate, and clear.

My role is not to make your life decisions for you. I believe therapy can be more meaningful when it helps you develop the ability to hear and trust yourself.
There may be times when I offer perspectives, observations, practices, or gentle challenges, but we will explore them collaboratively. Rather than telling you who to be or what to choose, our work can help you understand yourself more deeply so your choices increasingly feel like your own.

Therapy looks different for everyone, and there is no single definition of growth. Over time, you may begin to understand yourself and your patterns more deeply, relate to your emotions with greater compassion, communicate your needs more clearly, strengthen boundaries, trust yourself more fully, and feel more connected to your own life.
Ultimately, individual therapy can be a space not only to work through what has been difficult, but to discover what becomes possible when you are able to live with greater awareness, authenticity, and choice. My personal belief is in order to transform your life, you must first be willing to transform yourself.
